The Racial Liberation Healing Program
The Racial Liberation Healing Program is a 6 month self empowerment course designed to take participants on a journey of addressing restrictive beliefs and behaviours caused by internalised racism and releasing racism related stress and trauma held in the body - emotionally, mentally and physically. We combine talking therapy, self reflective journalism, meditation and somatic body healing rituals to guide participants to feel more free within themselves and to embark on an embodiment journey of radical self love.
This is available as either a Self-Funded Plan or we offer limited Grant-Funded options for earners under £30k per annum.

We’re a Community Interest Company and we operate as a non-for-profit social enterprise. This means we exist to invest only in the community to drive positive social change.
So that we reach and support all people in need, we rely on grants, funding and corporate sponsorship to make our work spread as wide as possible.
